Pedagogical technology

the process of optimizing education and upbringing by analyzing factors that increase pedagogical efficiency, designing and applying methods and techniques, as well as evaluating them; helps to teach, educate and develop children more effectively. Pedagogical technology is one of the components of pedagogical mastery and represents a scientifically based professional choice of the teacher’s operational impact on the child. The main features of pedagogical technology are diagnostic goal-setting, effectiveness, economy, the presence of an algorithm, projectability, integrity and controllability. In practice, pedagogical technology is implemented through a system of components, among which we can divide the main ones – the technology of pedagogical communication, pedagogical assessment, pedagogical requirements, pedagogical consciousness and conflict resolution, pedagogical informative impact and additional – the technology of organizing individual and group educational, teaching and developing activities, creating a situation of success and a favorable psychological climate, ethical protection, organization of the educational environment, pedagogical reaction to an action, etc.
