Subjective sense of justice:
1) Procedural fairness is the fairness of the negotiation process (equality, the opportunity to be heard).
2) Distributive justice is the fairness of the result (distribution of benefits/costs).
3) Interactional justice – fairness in treatment (respect, politeness).
