Political and psychological security
a state of inner confidence and confidence experienced by individuals and societies in conditions of justice, transparency and stability of the political environment. This allows citizens to feel protected for their fundamental rights and to be able to express their opinions and make decisions without fear of punishment, retribution or isolation. This state is not simply the absence of threats or harassment, but rather the existence of mutual trust between people and political institutions, as well as clarity about laws, rights and duties. This reduces political anxiety and strengthens a sense of belonging and security. Political and psychological security has a profound impact on the behavior of people in society; It motivates people to engage positively in political life, such as voting, debating and participating in public initiatives. It also reduces negative manifestations, such as political apathy, extremism, or withdrawal from public life.
