Presenteeism
the phenomenon of presence at the workplace with reduced working capacity due to illness, stress, overwork or other reasons. In contrast to absenteeism (absence from work), it is characterized by the formal performance of duties with low productivity. In organizational psychology, it is considered as an indicator of ill-being in the field of health protection of employees, organizational culture. Presenteeism leads to a decrease in efficiency, an increase in the risk of errors, and the spread of diseases in the team.
