1) psychological, medical and social patronage of families and their children under the age of three;
2) identification and registration of families and children over three years of age with developmental and behavioral disorders;
3) correction of primary school maladaptation and family deviation of the child;
4) provision of information, consulting and pedagogical assistance to families with children over three years old;
5) assistance of a social worker in the employment of parents;
6) provision of material support to families, allocation of urgent and humanitarian assistance.
