Principles of the New Ecological Theory
The main provisions of the new ecological theory are:
1) Interaction between man and the environment: people are simultaneously influenced by the environment and themselves influence it.
2) Flexibility and adaptability: behavior changes depending on the capabilities and limitations of the environment.
3) Diversity of the environment: the same person can behave differently in different environments.
4) Balance between the environment and mental health: the design of the environment should take into account the comfort of the person and contribute to the reduction of stress.
