They express the personal activity of the subject of activity and relate to the semantic attitudes that arise in the course of general and professional development. In terms of their psychological mechanisms, professional attitudes act on the basis of the motivation of achievement, acting as a hierarchically higher level than professional intentions and professional decisions. An important role in their implementation in professional behavior is played by the subject’s forecasting of the success (or failure) of his attempts at professional integration with society, on the one hand, and his assessment of his values, on the other.
