Professional Skill

the ability of a person to apply existing knowledge in practice. They are required to perform a specific job. Skills can be general (in demand in many fields of activity) and specific (characteristic of some narrow activity). Professional skills are divided into two types:
1) Hard skills are technical skills related to the performance of specific tasks. For example, knowledge of programs, knowledge of programming languages, ability to work with equipment.
2) Soft skills – personal characteristics that help in work. These include communication skills, leadership, and the ability to work in a team.
