A type of paramnesia in which a fact created by the imagination immediately becomes the content of an auditory or visual hallucination and from that moment appears in consciousness as a memory of a real event that allegedly took place in the past. It is part of the Kandinsky-Clérambault syndrome, paraphrenic syndrome.
