Psychological and Evaluative Leadership
A leader’s developed ability to accurately study and analyze the performance of individuals and groups in the organization, taking into account various psychological factors that influence behavior, such as intrinsic motivation, personal emotions, and mental and cognitive abilities. The purpose of such leadership is a comprehensive assessment of performance, identification of strengths and weaknesses and improvement of the quality of management decisions at all levels. It also contributes to the development of individualized training programs, the improvement of personal mentoring, the increase in the level of commitment and job satisfaction, and the alignment of the organization’s goals with the psychological and cognitive abilities of employees, resulting in comprehensive and sustainable performance at the individual and collective levels.
