Psychotechnical games

Games and exercises aimed at preventing the syndrome of professional burnout in social professions pursue two main goals: they contribute to the harmonization of the inner world of the teacher, the weakening of his mental tension, i.e. they have a purely psychotherapeutic goal, and they are also aimed at the development of the internal mental powers of the teacher (social worker), the expansion of his professional self-awareness. Regular performance of psychotechnical game exercises helps to correctly orient oneself in one’s own mental states, adequately assess them and effectively manage oneself to preserve and strengthen one’s own mental health.
