Social patronage
a form of social rehabilitation of persons with disabilities, including ongoing monitoring of living and housing conditions, the person’s need for technical means of rehabilitation, as well as assistance in the acquisition of such means, in changing housing conditions, adapting them to the needs of a person with disabilities, public utilities, assistance in obtaining in-kind assistance by a person with disabilities (see In-kind assistance in Chapter 2.5. categories).
