Social well-being

an integrative characteristic that reflects such an interaction of a social subject, its environment and the regulators connecting them, which ensures a balance or coordination of the interests of a person and society, satisfying the needs of the subject’s development, and achieving the desired social status. In this case, a social subject can be considered at different levels: an individual, a social group, and society as a whole. The activities of social services are aimed at improving the well-being of both individual subjects and social groups, while social well-being at these levels depends on the well-being of society as a whole.
