Socio-psychological competence
the ability of an individual to effectively interact with people around him in the system of interpersonal relations. It is formed in the course of an individual’s mastering of communication systems and inclusion in joint activities, characterized by the ability to navigate in social situations; correctly determine the personal characteristics and emotional states of other people; choose adequate ways of handling them and implement them in the process of interaction. A special role is played by the ability to put oneself in the place of another.
