Space congestion
A condition in which a person or group of people feels that the space allocated to them is too limited for their needs or activities, or that the number of people in the space exceeds the person’s ability to cope with the situation and feel comfortable. This concept is not limited to the physical aspect or the specific number of people in a given space, but also includes the psychological and cognitive aspects, that is, how people feel under pressure and when they are limited in their personal freedom and control over their environment.
