A form of acquired writing disorder in which there are difficulties with writing due to problems with spatial orientation and the organization of letters and words on the page. Patients with spatial agraphia often write with poor spacing, with distorted or disproportionate writing, as they have difficulty maintaining the correct size of the letters, the distance between them, or their position.
