Speech kinesthesia
afferent impulses coming from peripheral speech organs to the cerebral cortex; occur not only during external speech activity, but also during the performance of mental actions, when there may be an increase in the tone of motor impulse due to hidden pronunciation of words. The performance of difficult or new tasks is associated with an increase in the level of speech kinesthesia, and with the automation of mental operations, its level decreases significantly.
