Stimulation of labor activity
external influence on the employee in order to encourage him to effective activity. Incentives can be material and intangible:
1) Material: monetary (wages, bonuses, etc.) and non-monetary (vouchers, free treatment, transportation costs, etc.);
2) Intangible: social (prestige of work, the possibility of professional and career growth), moral (respect from others, awards) and creative (the possibility of self-improvement and self-realization).
The effect of the stimulus will be higher, the more it corresponds to the internal motives of the employee’s activity.
