according to the model of Kenneth Thomas and Ralph Killman, the final goal of the actor of the conflict, which involves the achievement of a certain ratio of interests of the two actors of the conflict. There are 5 possible strategies: taking into account the full interest of both parties (cooperation), taking into account only one’s own interests (rivalry), taking into account only the interests of the other party (adaptation), partially taking into account the interests of both parties (compromise) and not satisfying the interests of both parties (avoidance).
