The subject of work determines the specifics of professional activity and requirements for professionally important qualities of an employee. According to the definition of E. A. Klimov, the subject of labor is a system of properties and interrelations of things, phenomena, processes that a person working at a certain labor post must mentally or practically operate (recognize, take into account, order, transform, preserve or search for them).
