Tasks of socio-ecological psychotherapy
those issues that can be solved through this type of therapy. This model aims to help people regain psychological and social balance through interventions on several levels:
1) At the personal-psychological level: encouraging positive coping mechanisms, overcoming trauma and restoring self-confidence.
2) At the social level: improving communication skills, strengthening social support, empowering people to build healthy relationships and resolve conflicts constructively.
3) At the environmental level: creating or modifying living conditions to improve mental health, such as improving housing, school or work conditions, or helping to reduce the impact of environmental stressors (poverty, unemployment and marginalization).
