The Feldenkrais Method

a method essentially related to body-oriented psychotherapy, proposed by Moshe Feldenkrais (1968) and representing a system of exercises for normalizing the biomechanics of movements, including through the development of conscious movement and the establishment of a balance between the nervous processes of excitation and inhibition. The question of the effectiveness of the method remains open.
