Therapeutic Educational Strategies
Examples of educational strategies that can be applied by teachers for therapeutic purposes:
1) Multisensory education – integrating hearing, vision and movement into educational activities to promote active learning and deeper understanding of information.
2) Cooperation in learning – encouraging interaction with peers and adults for the development of higher mental functions – logical thinking, goal-setting and problem solving.
3) Progressive learning – the transition from simple to complex tasks with constant support, which allows the child to develop his abilities at a pace corresponding to his neuropsychological development.
