a method of active learning aimed at the formation, development, and consolidation of knowledge, skills, and abilities. Training may be considered from different paradigmatic perspectives:
1) as a specific form of learning in which desired behavioral patterns are formed through positive reinforcement, constituting an integral part of behavioral psychotherapy;
2) as a form of active learning aimed at transmitting knowledge and developing certain skills and abilities;
3) as a method of creating conditions for participants’ self-disclosure and their independent search for ways to solve their own psychological problems.
