They directly or indirectly affect a person&#8217;s response and interaction with the environment and can be positive or negative depending on their nature and the way they interact with it. The influence of environmental factors on a person:<br \/>\n1) Mental health. A comfortable and supportive environment reduces stress and stimulates a sense of well-being. A crowded or polluted environment increases anxiety and psychological exhaustion.<br \/>\n2) Behavior and performance. Positive stimuli of the environment increase concentration and creativity. Negative stimuli, such as noise or overcrowding, reduce productivity and increase anxiety.<br \/>\n3) Social adaptation. A socially supportive environment fosters collaboration and belonging.
