He developed a systematic classification of accentuated character traits, which describes extreme variants of the norm manifested in personality traits and behavior. His monograph &#8220;Accentuated Personalities&#8221; consists of two parts: one is devoted to psychological and clinical analysis, the second illustrates the types of accentuations on the examples of heroes of world literature.
