En apprenant \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler leurs exp\u00e9riences, les gens prennent le contr\u00f4le de la qualit\u00e9 de leur vie. Pour am\u00e9liorer le niveau de vie, il est n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019apprendre \u00e0 mobiliser l\u2019\u00e9nergie mentale et \u00e0 rester concentr\u00e9 sur les objectifs fix\u00e9s, sans pr\u00eater attention aux distractions des facteurs externes.
