De telles habitudes apparaissent souvent comme des actions automatiques et obsessionnelles qu\u2019une personne r\u00e9p\u00e8te, m\u00eame avec des cons\u00e9quences n\u00e9gatives pour elle-m\u00eame et pour les autres. Des exemples de mauvaises habitudes sont le tabagisme, l\u2019abus d\u2019alcool, la consommation de drogues, la suralimentation, ainsi que certaines addictions psychologiques et comportementales.
