Russian psychologist, Doctor of Psychology, creator of the original concept of intelligence and creativity. Candidate of Psychological Sciences (“Changes in Motivation in the Process of Professional Training”, 1982), Doctor of Psychological Sciences (“Theoretical Foundations of Psychological Diagnostics of Cognitive Abilities”, 1991). Professor of the Branch of the Department of Labor Psychology and Engineering Psychology of the Faculty of Psychology of Moscow State University at the Institute of Psychology of the Russian Academy of Sciences (1993).
