(IAAP, International Association of Applied Psychology) is the oldest and one of the largest international organizations uniting specialists in the field of applied psychology. It was founded in 1920 and is recognized by UNESCO. IAAP brings together psychologists from more than 80 countries, promotes the development and dissemination of applied psychological knowledge, supports scientific research and practice in areas such as clinical, organizational, educational, environmental and legal psychology. The Association regularly holds international congresses, publishes scientific journals and promotes the exchange of experience between professionals around the world.
