The Extrability movement aims to create an infrastructure to support, develop and use additional talents and abilities (extrability) of representatives of various social groups. Adhering to the social paradigm of adaptation of people of determination, the organization strives for the maximum inclusion of people with both physical and mental disabilities, uniting these groups with each other and with typical people.
