Recognizing the aggressive behavior of other drivers

Developed social-behavioral ability that allows drivers to detect early signs that indicate aggressive or impulsive intentions of other road users. These signs can be verbal (hand or word signals) or kinetic (frequent overtaking, driving close to the car in front, excessive horns). A driver who recognizes these signs can foresee that another driver may at any time commit a dangerous action, which prompts him to adjust his plans in advance (reduce speed, increase distance or avoid a collision). From a psychological point of view, such recognition requires a certain level of social intelligence and emotional alertness to allow the driver to read the “body language of road users” and understand the context in which the aggressive behavior occurs. Failure to recognize this phenomenon can lead to an escalation of road conflicts and serious accidents.
