Saul Rosenzweig (1907–2004)
American psychologist and psychotherapist. Specialist in personality problems, psychodiagnostics, schizophrenia. He is the author of the theory of frustration, on the basis of which he developed the Rosenzweig Picture Frustration Test, which reveals the hidden hostility of a person. Rosenzweig identified three types of frustrating situations: deprivation, loss, and conflict. Three types of frustration response have also been identified: intrapunitive, extrapunitive, and impunitive.
