Socio-psychological climate in the labor collective
the state of integrity of the collective, the stability of its emotional characteristics, which is a reflection of the real situation of labor activity and the nature of interpersonal ties and relations. A specific feature of the concept is the combination of dynamic and integral characteristics of the mental state of all members of the labor collective. The formed relationships in such a circle are an indicator of the mental state of each member of the team. The socio-psychological climate depends on a combination of factors that are usually divided into several groups:
1) Organizational. They show how adequately the organizational structures perform professional tasks, whether there are duplicate functions, etc.
2) Psychological. Such factors demonstrate the nature of relationships in the team, the compatibility of employees, the presence of conflicts and the level of conflict, etc.
3) Social. This is a reflection of the quality and availability of a social package, a system of advanced training, productivity of the organization of working conditions, and others.
4) Administrative. These are factors that reflect the techniques and methods of influencing subordinates by management, the presence of social distance, compliance with managerial ethics, etc.
5) Professional-qualification. Indicators demonstrating the number of employees, staffing, level of adaptation, and the availability of career prospects.
6) Legal. Factors reflecting the level of legality and sufficiency of the legal framework of activity, the presence of legal conflicts, the consistency and optimality of special normative acts.
