Traffic Rules Training
a complex psychological function through which a driver or pedestrian acquires the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to understand the road situation, effectively interact with it and make informed decisions while driving or moving on the road. Road traffic education represents the cornerstone of the development of preventive and safe behaviour on the roads, enabling drivers to reduce the risks associated with road accidents by acquiring appropriate cognitive and behavioural strategies to respond to different situations. It is an ongoing process, not limited to a training period or a driving test, but continues as the driver gains more experience, encounters new situations, or masters advanced traffic techniques and techniques. Such continuous learning increases the ability to make quick and effective decisions, improves overall road safety and makes preventive behaviour part of everyday driving life.
