Industrial fatigue (industrial depression)
personality deformation that occurs under the long-term influence of negative factors of professional activity and leads to a negative state of the specialist at the workplace, rapid fatigue, low labor productivity. Some signs of professional fatigue:
1) in the morning, a person forces himself to go to work with great effort, although he has not experienced such a strong reluctance before;
2) irritability;
3) relations with colleagues are becoming more and more strained;
4) the performance of direct duties causes hostility and a desire to “deal with” it as soon as possible;
5) performance has significantly decreased.
Causes of professional fatigue: externally conditioned (conditions or features of activity) and internally conditioned (personal: human factor).
